THE SENIORS CAMPUS

The Villas at Country Lane offers senior citizens the opportunity to own a duplex home on the Country Lane Seniors Campus in McKinney, Texas. Country Lane is a $75,000,000 senior citizens community that includes apartments for independent living, Villas for home ownership, a nursing and rehabilitation facility, and an Alzheimer’s and dementia care facility. An assisted living facility is under construction. The homes are owned in the form of a warranty deed, rather than through a condominium association. You will realize 100% of the appreciation when you sale your duplex home in the future. All residents must be 55 years old or older. As a homeowner on the country Lane Seniors Campus, you will be able to participate in all activities. Dine a Country Lane, daily activities are available in each clubhouse.

BUYING PROCESS

Floor plans and sales prices are still being finalized for Phase II. At that time seniors on the Priority List will be notified of the lots available and purchase options. To begin the construction of your new home, simply sign a standard purchase contract which includes a small deposit. It takes approximately 5 months to complete construction.

We specialize in incorporating your personal touch in your Villa. You can participate in a private selection session with a professional design consultant. Selections can be made in the kitchen, baths, great room, bedroom, and other areas of the home. Also, optional upgrades and design features are available to cater to your specific desires.
