Deposits:

  • Security Deposit - Total is $500.00
  • Application fee - $15.00
  • Pet Fee: $500.00 for 1 pet; $750.00 for 2 pets. (Under 35lb. weight limit)
  • Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Husky, Wolf Hybird, Bullmastiff (Presa Canario), German Shepherd and Mixes, Pit Bull Mixes, Akita, Chow, Doberman, Aggressive Animals.
  • Rabies shot required every year.

Late Fee

  • Rent Late Fee: 3% of rent after the 6th of the month. 1% every day after that.
  • Non-sufficient funds are $50.00.

    Country Lane and Grand Reserve Waxahachie is a 100% Smoke Free campus.

     Occupancy at Country Lane Waxahachie is restricted to at least one person 55 years of age or better. Country Lane is able to provide affordable housing apartment units to seniors through participation in an affordable housing program administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Income limitations apply to affordable housing units.
