Late Fee

Rent Late Fee: 3% of rent after the 6th of the month. 1% every day after that.
Non-sufficient funds are $50.00.

Occupancy at Country Lane Waxahachie is restricted to at least one person 55 years of age or better. Country Lane is able to provide affordable housing apartment units to seniors through participation in an affordable housing program administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Income limitations apply to affordable housing units.
